About the website

The website describes our remote staffing services, lets you contact us and lets candidates apply for roles. Our services themselves are provided only under a separate written agreement with each client; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Information on the website

• Prices are starting monthly rates for guidance. They are not an offer; the final rate depends on role scope and is set out in your agreement with us.
• Dashboards, examples and illustrations (including UCon360 screens) show how things can look; your own setup is agreed with you.
• We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Careers and applications

Job postings may change or close at any time. Applying for a role or joining our Talent Network does not guarantee an interview, an offer or an engagement. You must give accurate information and only upload documents you have the right to share. How we handle candidate information is explained in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

When using the website you must not:

• break any law or anyone else’s rights;
• send false information, impersonate someone else, or submit forms on someone’s behalf without their permission;
• upload viruses or other harmful files;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our recruitment system or other users’ information, or test their security without our written permission;
• disrupt or overload the website, or use bots or scrapers to collect content or data from it.

We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.

What you send us

You keep ownership of the information and documents you send us. You allow us to use them to respond to you and for the purposes described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos and the Ustaff360 and UCon360 names — belong to Ustaff360 or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business or job search, but you may not copy, modify or reuse the content for other purposes without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website may link to other websites, such as a booking calendar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ustaff360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for our services is governed by the client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them or the website will be heard by the state and federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
